GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

   1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the use of games (hereinafter referred to as “We"), presented on this site (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "Website”/“We”/).

      These Terms, Privacy Notice, Fairness Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Self-Restriction Policy, AML&KYC Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, terms of the advertising campaign, rules for bonuses and special offers, as well as any other document posted on the Platform, constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the player (hereinafter referred to as "Player" or "You") and Website.

   2. Before accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are requested to read them carefully. We also recommend that you print these Terms and Conditions for your records. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not accept the Terms and do not register your personal gaming account and/or continue to use the games provided on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform will constitute your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall come into force from the moment they are published on the Platform.

   3. These Terms apply to all platforms and devices on which the Player has access to the games.

   4. The current version of the Terms is always available in the footer of the Site. The Site strongly recommends that you periodically review the Terms of Use to ensure that you remember all provisions, agree with them and accept them.

   5. The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice will apply to you upon acceptance and confirmation of your registration details during the registration of a game account on the Platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, you also confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and accepted our Privacy Notice, which describes how the Website will collect, process and transfer your personal information.

   6. The text of the Terms is written in English and has legal force. Translation of the Terms into any other language is for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English text and the version in any other language, the English text of the Terms shall prevail.

2. PLATFORM OPERATOR

   1. The Platform is owned and operated by Galaxy Byte Lab Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, a company incorporated in Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-915471, with its registered address at Provincia 01 San Jose, Canton 02 Escazu, San Rafael, two hundred meters south of Multiplaza de Escazu movie theaters, Ceiba street, Centro Corporativo EBC, tenth floor, office of Invicta Legal (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
   2. The Company is duly licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Board under License No. ALSI-202508040-FI2, issued in accordance with the Computer Gaming Licensing Act, 007 of 2005, Union of the Comoros.

3. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   1. The Site reserves the right to periodically amend, supplement and/or change these Terms to comply with the requirements and provisions of applicable law. The Site undertakes to promptly notify the Player of changes made during his/her authorization on the Platform, and the Player undertakes to familiarize himself/herself with the amended Terms. The Player has no right to use the Platform until the new Terms are accepted. However, the Player will still be able to withdraw any deposits made.
   2. Any amendments, additions and/or changes to the Terms shall come into force from the moment they are posted on the Platform. Therefore, the Player is advised to regularly and carefully review the Terms, as well as the rules of individual games and other information that will be available and posted on the Platform.
   3. If the Player does not agree with the changes made to the Terms, he has the right to terminate the agreement with the Site, i.e. stop using the Platform and close the game account in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

4. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REQUIREMENTS

   1. You may use the services provided on the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and have reached age 18 years and the minimum age required by the laws of the country in which you reside/are domiciled. Failure to comply with these requirements shall constitute a breach of these Terms. The Website reserves the right to request documents proving your identity and your age of majority, as well as any other documents required for KYC purposes, at any time during the use of the Platform. The Website has the right to restrict or refuse the Player the use of the services offered by the Platform until satisfactory evidence is provided.

   2. In some jurisdictions, online gaming may be illegal. The Player understands and accepts that the Website cannot provide legal advice or guarantee regarding the legality of the Player's use of the Platform's services. The Website does not claim that the services comply with the laws of the Player's jurisdiction. The Player uses the services provided by the Platform at his/her own discretion and choice, assuming the risks and responsibility as to whether the use of the Platform's services is legal and complies with the laws and regulations of the Player's jurisdiction.

   3. The Site does not intend to provide the Player with services that may be contrary to the laws of the Player's jurisdiction and place of residence. The Player confirms, guarantees and agrees that the use of the Platform's services complies with the current laws of his jurisdiction. The Site is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform's services by the Player.

   4. The Website prohibits the registration of a game account and/or the transfer of any funds to Players who are located or reside in Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of the Comoros, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, all countries blacklisted by the FATF (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted to use the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions on participation in real money gaming from Prohibited Jurisdictions apply equally to residents and citizens of other countries located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

      Players are not allowed to deposit money if the source of the money is Prohibited Jurisdictions.

   5. Any attempt by any person located in a Restricted Jurisdiction to circumvent the game restrictions shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. An attempt to circumvent shall include, but not be limited to, manipulating the information used by the Website to determine your location and providing the Website with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence.

   6. In addition, without prejudice to the above, access to the Platform may be restricted for citizens whose only identity documents (passports/other identity documents) are issued by the authorities of certain territories and entities not recognized by the UN (e.g., the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Republic of Abkhazia, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the Republic of South Ossetia, etc.).

   7. Game providers may, at their own discretion, determine their own list of Prohibited/Restricted Jurisdictions and restrict Player access to their games in the territories of these countries. The rules of the games are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, which the Player is obliged to comply with.

   8. The list of prohibited/restricted jurisdictions is not exhaustive. The Platform reserves the right to make changes to the list of the above-mentioned Jurisdictions without prior notice.

   9. The use by the Player of a VPN, proxy or any other service to mask the IP address in order to access the Platform and/or games is a violation of these Terms and is strictly prohibited.

   10. The Player confirms that the funds credited to the gaming account are not of criminal and/or illegal and/or prohibited origin and the Player is their legal owner. Transactions must be monitored to prevent any form of money laundering, and any suspicious transactions must be reported to the relevant authorities. The Player further certifies that all information provided to the Platform during the registration process and/or thereafter is correct, current, accurate and fully corresponds to the name(s) in the documents provided by the Player.

   11. The Website reserves the right to cancel registration, temporarily or permanently block the Player's account, withhold all funds, suspend, recall or cancel any payments or winnings if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, platform misuse, game bug or error confirmed by the game provider.

   12. The Site shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Player as a result of collusion, fraudulent actions and/or other illegal transactions.

   13. The Player agrees that he/she uses the services provided by the Platform solely at his/her own discretion, by his/her own decision and at his/her own risk, and undertakes not to make claims against the Site in connection with his/her losses, damages and/or failures related to the use of the Platform services.

   14. The Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage that the Player or a third party may suffer due to any failure of information technology caused by attacks, viruses or other technologically harmful materials, the use of the Platform and/or the downloading of any materials posted on the Platform and/or the opening of any links located on the Platform.

   15. The Player fully understands the general methods, rules and procedures for the provision of services and games on the Internet. The Platform may also take other measures that it deems appropriate to create a fair and balanced gaming environment. The Player understands that he/she is responsible for ensuring the correctness of bets and games and is obliged not to commit any actions or actions that may damage the reputation of the Site.

   16. The Player is solely responsible for paying all taxes and fees and for filing an independent report with the competent authorities in connection with any winnings obtained as a result of using the services provided by the Platform.

   17. The Player is obliged to use the Platform for personal and entertainment purposes only. The Player is not allowed to use the Platform for any commercial purposes. In addition, the Player is also not allowed to transfer information about the game account so that third parties can log in and/or otherwise access the Player's personal account.

   18. It is prohibited to use offensive or aggressive language, messages or images, use foul language, threats, humiliating or violent actions towards other player(s) and/or employee(s) of the Platform.

   19. The Player shall not upload information to the Platform in such a large volume that it may cause the Platform to malfunction. In addition, the Player shall not perform any other actions that may affect the operation of the Platform. Any mass mailing of information or “spamming” is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to interfere with or distort, delete or otherwise modify the information posted on the Platform. The Player also agrees that the Platform reserves the right to block/mitigate/protect against any DDOS or similar attacks, from the use of any prohibited/disruptive or abusive means to affect the operation of the Platform in any way. The Company also constantly conducts various checks in order to detect illegal/fraudulent activities, such as (including but not limited to) fraudulent transactions, auto-registration schemes, masking of IP addresses through monitoring of gameplay, geolocation analysis and other methods. If any Player is suspected of committing any (or similar) such actions or is deemed to have violated these Terms, such Player may be suspended/banned or the Company may take other action against the violator.

   20. The Player agrees not to hack, attempt to hack and/or gain access to or otherwise bypass the Platform's security system. If the Website has reason to suspect that the Player has attempted or is attempting to hack, gain access to or otherwise bypass the Platform's security system or software, the Player will be asked to cease such actions. The Website reserves the right to block the Player's game account until the end of the investigation and to inform the competent authorities or organizations about the Player's actions.

   21. The Website has the right to conduct check(s) and/or audit(s) of the bets placed by the Player. If the check(s) reveals that the Player has participated in fraudulent activities or any other activity aimed at profiting from the exploitation of vulnerabilities and/or errors of the Platform, the Website may decide to restrict the Player's access to his/her account or restrict his/her ability to place any bets, as well as temporarily or permanently block the Player's gaming account. The decision to pay out funds from the Player's gaming account is made by the Website unilaterally.

   22. The website should not be considered as a financial institution and players should not expect any interest on their deposits.

   23. If the Website exercises its right to reject registration or close an account, the contractual obligations already concluded will continue to be observed.

5. REGISTRATION ON THE PLATFORM

   1. In order to gain access to the games, a potential Player must complete the registration process provided on the Website. Registration can be done either through a Telegram connection or through other available methods (including registration via email, mobile phone or other methods). The Player must register on the Platform on their own behalf by providing their first and last name, email address and/or Telegram username or phone number along with other required Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Notice and as required on the Website) and a password that will be used to log in to the Platform. Before completing the registration, the Player must also confirm their age and agree to these Terms. The Player must provide the data as described in our Privacy Notice. All Personal Data related to the Player collected by the Platform during the registration process and/or during the Player’s use of the services provided by the Platform will be recorded and used only in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
   2. The Website will process your Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Notice) from the moment you register on our Platform. Subject to legal and regulatory requirements (i.e. licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations), your Personal Data will be processed and stored on the Website for as long as you are registered or as required by relevant laws and/or regulations/licensing requirements (e.g. at least 5 years after your gaming account is closed).
   3. We may share Personal Data provided during the registration process or later with external third parties who provide services to the Platform. However, these external parties may only use your Personal Data for the purposes specified on the Website and within the framework of these Terms and Privacy Notices. By agreeing to these Terms and Privacy Notices and using the Platform, you hereby consent, for the purposes of any and all data protection legislation and related rules for the Website, to the exchange and transfer of necessary personal data to such external third parties.
   4. You can register on the Platform only 1 (one) game account for one Player, Telegram username, IP, email address, computer or any other device.
   5. When registering on the Platform, the Player undertakes to provide true and accurate information about himself. In order to confirm the information provided by the Player, the Website has the right to request verification at any time by asking the Player to provide relevant identification document(s) (including, but not limited to, a copy/photo of the identity card/ID card/or any used payment card(s) bearing the Player’s name). An example of such a case may be when the Player has accumulated a cumulative deposit amount of 2000 US dollars within 180 (one hundred eighty) days. If the Player fails to provide the copies/photographs of identification documents requested by the Website, the information provided is considered unverified/false. This is a violation of these Terms and the AML&KYC Policy of the Website and may be interpreted by the Website as fraudulent activity.
   6. The Player confirms that upon registration on the Platform he/she provided accurate, complete and reliable information about himself/herself, and in the event of any changes undertakes to update and/or supplement this information. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the Player's game account being blocked.
   7. Duplicate game accounts. It is not allowed to create a duplicate game account. Re-registration of another game account is allowed only with the consent of the Website in cases of loss of the Player's access data for an active game account or for any other reason, of which the Player is obliged to immediately notify the Website. In case of re-registration or an attempt to re-register, the Website has the right to block or close all or any of the game accounts registered in the Player's name. The Website, at its sole discretion, may invalidate all bets made through duplicate game accounts. In the event that the Website decides to allow the Player to continue using the Platform's services, the accounts will be managed in such a way that the Player has only one (1) active game account to which the game balance from the duplicate accounts created by the Player will be transferred.
   8. If the Player has registered separate game accounts on the Platform, these separate accounts will be combined into a single game account.
   9. The decision to return funds that may be on the bonus or real side of the duplicate game account(s) is made by the Site unilaterally.
   10. The Platform does not accept requests for refunds of any funds and/or initial deposits from duplicate gaming accounts if they are opened intentionally for the purpose of receiving bonuses and/or other promotional offers from the Platform, or for refunds of the initial deposit made by the Player. In addition, if the Website determines that a duplicate gaming account was created for the purpose of defrauding the Platform, the initial deposit(s) will not be returned to the Player.
   11. To avoid any doubt, the Platform does not allow the registration of gaming accounts for legal entities.

6. AUTHENTICATION OF THE PLAYER'S IDENTITY

   1. By agreeing to the Terms, the Player grants the Site the right to periodically verify the identity and contact information of the Player (“Checking") both on the basis of the Site's decision and at the request of a third party (for example, a regulatory authority).
   2. During Verification, the Site may limit the Player's withdrawal of funds from his/her gaming account.
   3. In the event that the Player has provided false, inaccurate, misleading and/or otherwise incomplete information, or information not supported by documents requested by the Site, the Player’s actions shall be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may be construed as fraudulent actions.

7. NAME, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

   1. After registering a game account, the Player must not disclose his/her account details to third parties, nor provide the username (login) and password for his/her game account on the Platform.
   2. The player is solely and completely responsible for the safety of his/her game account and password, as well as for any actions and transactions carried out on his/her game account. The player is solely and completely responsible for all losses incurred by him/her due to the actions of unauthorized third parties.
   3. By accepting these Terms, the Player agrees and acknowledges that he/she shall immediately notify the Website of any unauthorized access by a third party to his/her game account and/or any other suspected breach of security. Upon request by the Website, the Player also agrees to provide evidence of the suspected unauthorized access. The Website shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Player as a result of unauthorized access or misuse of his/her username and password (login data) by a third party, regardless of whether these actions were authorized by the Player or occurred without his/her knowledge.
   4. In the event that the Platform determines the amount of winnings to be significant, some anonymous or non-identifiable Player data may be displayed on the Platform and such Player may be asked to participate in certain marketing activities related to such winnings or perform other actions. The Platform also reserves the right to use the winning information at its sole discretion for certain marketing activities, campaigns, etc. However, your identifiable personal data will not be disclosed and will be kept confidential and secure as prescribed in the Privacy Notice.

8. DEPOSITS, PLACING MONEY INTO AN ACCOUNT AND WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM AN ACCOUNT

   1. To play for real money, you must make a deposit by following the instructions available on the Platform.

   2. The Platform accepts the cryptocurrencies listed on the Website and other payment methods (including credit cards). The list of available payment methods can always be found on the Website. We use third party electronic payment systems to process credit and debit card deposits (if any); these are not processed by us directly and we do not collect or store any data regarding fiat deposit/withdrawal transactions (e.g. card number, expiry date are also transmitted directly to our relevant payment service provider where they are securely stored). If you deposit using a credit or debit card, your deposit will only be credited unless we receive a refusal from the card issuer, for which (or lack thereof) we are not responsible, or other conditions are met depending on the type of deposit method.

   3. You must deposit funds exclusively from crypto wallets or bank/similar accounts that are effectively controlled and owned by you alone. If the Platform becomes aware of any violation of this rule, all winnings will be returned to the Platform. The Player is prohibited from transferring funds to other Players' wallets, unless they were transferred after the withdrawal was completed. Game accounts (if a separate account is registered on the Site) are not transferable to third parties. The Player is prohibited from selling, buying or otherwise alienating their game account or the game account of another Player. The Site constantly compares all crypto wallets used on the Platform. In the event of the same crypto wallet on different game accounts, all relevant accounts will be blocked and winnings will be cancelled.

   4. We do not accept physical cash payments to us. We may use third party financial services and/or entities in processing both your payments and any payments to you.

   5. You undertake not to cancel previous transactions or reverse them in any way. In any of these cases, you are obliged to compensate the Site for financial costs for lost payments, including the commission for financial services.

   6. In the event of fraudulent or other violations, including but not limited to the use of stolen and/or third-party payment instruments, provision of false information, attempts to reverse or cancel payments, as well as the use of the Platform for arbitrage, exploitation of FX discrepancies, or any other activity aimed at obtaining undue advantage through the payment infrastructure or functionality of the Platform, WinGram reserves the right to apply the measures set out in Section 14 of these Terms and Conditions.

      WinGram may suspend or restrict the Customer’s account, as well as limit or cancel transactions, where the Customer’s activity may indicate such violations.

      WinGram reserves the right to inform relevant authorities and/or organizations of any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. WinGram shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of payment instruments.

   7. We may at any time use the positive balance of your account to pay compensation on behalf of the Site for your illegal actions.

   8. Payouts of winnings are made exclusively to the Player's personal account(s) via a specific payment system. In the event that the type of cryptocurrency does not match the type of wallet used for the deposit, the funds may be denied according to the rules applicable to transfers of this specific cryptocurrency.

   9. The Site reserves the right to charge a fee when the Player makes a payment through a particular payment system. If such a fee is charged, its amount will be displayed in the Platform cashier. Similarly, a fee may be charged on the Player's payment(s) at the time of payout to the Player. In some cases, if deposits are made in any currency other than the transaction currency, it will be converted by the payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate of their own bank or our payment system, after which the corresponding credit will be credited to your account. Please note that some payment systems may charge an additional currency exchange fee or card scheme fee, which will be deducted from the deposit amount. Also remember to pay gas/blockchain transaction fees.

   10. The Platform reserves the right to conduct KYC verification procedures for any deposits of $2,000 or more in accordance with the requirements of the published separate AML&KYC Policy of the website and to request KYC verification in any other situation at its sole discretion.

   11. The platform has limits on the amount of withdrawal of winnings, the limits depend on the currency of the Player's account and the Player's status. Below you will find detailed information on the current limits on withdrawal of winnings. We reserve the right to set different limits on withdrawal of winnings from time to time.

   12. The Platform reserves the right to individually adjust payout limits and set daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits, the terms of which are determined on a case-by-case basis. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing player activity, deposit and withdrawal history, and compliance with Platform policies and regulatory requirements. The Platform may apply these adjustments to ensure a fair and secure gaming environment for all users.

       The platform reserves the right to conduct KYC verification. The review period is - 72hours from the moment of submitting the withdrawal request, for amounts equal to or more than $20,000, the review period is 48 hours. KYC may be carried out by a designated third party partner in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

       In addition, the Platform reserves the right to initiate checks for at least 14 days from the start of the check, including KYC checks, to ensure the legitimacy of the game, the legitimacy of winnings, the integrity and security of the platform and may include, but not limited to, checks for fraudulent activity, regulatory compliance, as well as verification of user identity and financial transactions.

   13. The average withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours, but may be longer depending on various circumstances and in accordance with the Website Policy. Before withdrawing funds, please ensure that the following procedures are completed:

       0. The Player's account and/or payment method must be verified or in a state that does not require further verification. The final decision on the verification status is made by the Platform.

       1. The Player's email must be verified (instructions for verification are available on the Website).

       2. The player must confirm their mobile phone number in their profile. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will not be created.

       3. Wagering requirements must be met.

   14. Once a player submits a withdrawal request, it will be processed within 24 hours on average (as mentioned earlier). In this case, the requested amount will be immediately withdrawn from the balance and held until the request is processed. The actual payment begins immediately after the payment is made by the Platform's Finance Department or until the payment service provider processes the request. In this case, the request receives the "Successful" status.

   15. After the first six hours from the moment the withdrawal request has been sent, it can be cancelled. Instructions are available on the Site.

   16. In the event that the amount requested by the Player exceeds the limits of the payment system or the Player's status, the withdrawal may be automatically divided into several requests.

   17. The minimum deposit allowed is equivalent to $0.10, and the maximum deposit allowed is unlimited. These limits depend on the payment system used.

   18. The Player expressly agrees that the time required to process deposits or withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method chosen. We do not guarantee that there will not be any delays in processing or receiving deposits/withdrawals.

   19. If the Website discovers that the Player has in any way participated in any event/promotion (or used any bonuses such as [including but not limited to] free spins, abuse of free spins while the Player still has free spins available, any other actions that the Company reasonably believes are done solely for the purpose of creating a positive expected return value of the bonus, using known/known methods designed to ensure the cashing out of such bonus, or in any way attempts to take advantage of the bonuses provided by the Platform, the Website shall ensure immediate confiscation of bonus winnings and account closure with the right to suspend further withdrawals or take any other action deemed necessary to protect the rights violated.

   20. Even for the purposes of fair gaming, bets with zero or low margins or hedging bets are considered irregular play for the purposes of claiming the betting bonus. If the Website deems that irregular play has occurred, the Website reserves the right not to withdraw funds and/or confiscate all winnings.

   21. Currently, the Platform does not charge any fees for withdrawals.

   22. The rules for wagering the deposit are defined in this paragraph. Please note,that in the event of any discrepancies between other clauses of these Terms and these Terms, the latter shall prevail. To withdraw funds, you must place bets in the sports/casino section in an amount of up to 100% of the deposited funds.

       Casino: All games are counted except card games, live dealer games, live shows and fast games.
       Sports: Singles are bets with odds of 1.3 or higher.Express bets are bets with a total coefficient of 1.4 (each event within the express bet is from 1.15).

       1. The rate may be changed by the Platform manually and non-literally at any time and for any reason;
       2. The betting accumulation scale (meaning a graphical representation of the number of games/bets that need to be played before the betting bonuses are withdrawn) is unified and not limited in time;
       3. Any bets/games made using welcome or similar bonuses do not count towards wagering purposes, on the other hand, deposits made to participate in various promotions and marketing events count towards the wagering accumulation scale;
       4. The wager on partner bonuses or promo codes (meaning special codes that can be found on third-party partner websites) is also equal to 1;
       5. Minimum and maximum bet amounts of game providers apply;
       6. If the Game Provider cancels/void a bet, the bet accumulation scale will be adjusted accordingly.

9. BLOCKING AND CLOSING AN ACCOUNT

   1. Account blocking is the restriction of the Player’s access to his account at the initiative of the Player at his personal request to the Site or at the initiative of the Site, the term and grounds of which are determined by these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may block any Player/account at its sole discretion and is not obliged to provide any explanation for the actions taken and decisions made.

   2. Account Closure (Erasure) – complete closure of the Player’s account after the Player’s account blocking period has expired.

   3. The Player may block his/her account at any time. To do so, the Player must notify the Website by sending an email from his/her registered email address to security@wingram.com.

   4. At the same time, the Player must understand that if the blocking of the account is regarded as his request to delete personal data, the Site will continue to store his personal data for the following periods:

      0. 10 years from the date of the last financial transaction on the Player’s account;

      1. within 1 month if no financial transactions were carried out on the Player’s account.

   5. After the Player's account is closed, the Platform will not return the funds that were in the game account at the time of account closure. No other funds (e.g. bonuses, free spins, etc.) will be credited to the Player or cashed out in any way, unless the Site administration decides otherwise.

   6. In the event of blocking/closing of an account by decision of the Site, the Player has 14 (fourteen) calendar days to appeal such decision in the manner established by paragraph 19 of these Terms.

   9. If a Player does not log in for more than 180 months and has funds in the account, such account will be considered inactive.
